Who is Univooz for?
Univooz is built for two kinds of users: businesses with their own delivery operations (restaurants, pharmacies, warehouses, e-commerce stores, and similar), and fleets that manage drivers and partner with businesses. A Hybrid account combines both in one dashboard.
What is Univooz Go?
Univooz Go is Univooz's driver app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Drivers registered under a Univooz account use it to complete deliveries, track their routes in real time, receive milestones and updates, view earnings and history, and upload KYC documents.
Does Univooz support AI-powered routing?
Yes. Univooz automatically bundles compatible orders and calculates optimized routes for drivers, reducing delivery time, fuel cost, and CO2 impact.
Can Univooz integrate with my accounting system?
Yes. Univooz integrates with popular accounting systems and offers a native API and webhooks, so it can be connected to the tools your business already uses.
Does Univooz handle driver payroll and contracts?
Yes, for Fleet and Hybrid accounts. Univooz supports driver KYC, contracting, and payroll alongside routing and delivery tracking.
Is Univooz available in my country?
Univooz is available worldwide. If your country isn't listed when you create an account, you can request it and the Univooz team will work to add it.
Does Univooz offer custom features for enterprise customers?
Yes. Enterprise plans include custom feature development as part of the plan, so enterprise customers' specific needs are covered inside the Univooz ecosystem.
How does Univooz track CO2 emissions?
Univooz calculates and reports CO2 impact per route and per fleet based on delivery data, helping fleet operators meet sustainability and ESG reporting needs.
